was better than the countdown party. i went to Kuan's condo with my family. only han was there first. we were just watching tv. after some time more people came, like olivia and shi ayn. we under-21s were just watching tv. still.
then my older relatives arrived, like married older cousins, and aunts and uncles. then i was kind of embarrassed when one of my older cousins talked to me. our convo:
him: So your mum says you support Kuan Wee in his guitar-playing? me: huh? (cause i didn't get what he meant by 'support'.) him: *repeats* me: uh. yeah. *nods head* him (turning to mum): What 'huh'?! (apparently he misheard 'uh' as 'huh'...) Eh, she's a bit blur... *blah blah BLAH* mum: *agrees, indirectly scolds me without realising that i exist, ha ha...* me: *stalks away cause i'm pissed at being wronged* cousin: Oh, hey, sorry lah... me: *rolls eyes*
sucks right? that's why i pretend i'm mute in front of the members of my extended family, save for the following:

see? these people don't really give a shit if i'm a bit blur... i can't be perfect all the time you know... it's like these other relatives expect me to be perfect. a perfect person does NOT exist. unfortunately they don't know. it's so freaking ANNOYING. which is why i'm gonna make a name for myself one day and show them all.
anyway, THANKFULLY most of them left by about 10 PM. only olivia, shi ayn, their parents and my family were left. shi ayn and i played Speed and Blackjack. THAT was fun. we two are quite close you know. haha. lke kuan n my sis, han and olivia. here's a list:

X'Mas Countdown Party - 24th Dec
sian lah. basically just watching people dance, then talk and eat... but a lot of us sneaked away to the bowling alley. haha. i have back probs so obviously i cldnt play...
but bowling is quite fun sehhs. my aunt played best, with a score of 100+. all of us aren't VERY good players, so there. lol. my sister was the one who "xi long gou"-ed the most. so that was basically the fun-est part of the night.
well, the countdown was pretty fun too. i was like shaking hands with my parents' friends (who know me too) and greeting all of them "merry christmas". but one of the sadder things is that my parents' friends' kids, whom i last saw 2-3 years ago, didn't recognise me at ALL. they were like my little brothers. but time passes and people change. oh well.
so after the grand lucky draw we went home. did i mention that kuan's family and my aunt's family all went home first? so only left my own family. xd

i returned from Genting, Malaysia ystd. my brief "travel journal":
Day 1, Dec 18th
Slept at 2AM, woke up at 4:30 AM and showered, etc etc etc. we were in the coach by 6:15AM and we set off at about 6:30AM. we arrived at Genting at about 1 PM. we were mainly walking around but we did go to the arcade. my sis played ParaPara and she had an audience! i didn't play much, just Daytona and Time Crisis.
Day 2, Dec 19th
Went down to KL today, Sungei Wang Plaza. it was a greeeeat shopping experience. i got a new pair of shoes!!! it's brown and silver, with white shoelaces. the design has silver skulls against a brown background. lovelovelove those shoes. other than that i didnt really get anything. oh yeah, i got a new brown hoodie. i love hoodies. but i still want a purple hoodie, a la Pete Wentz/Gabe Saporta. :D
Day 3, Dec 20th
I was chiong-ing arcade today with my jie. we played token ticket games and accumulated 939 tickets! spent like RM50. but it was soo fun. we redeemed a little mushroom soft toy, a mug and stickers. then in the evening we went to the arcade. i played time crisis like siao. got to area 3, stage 1. ALMOST finished it. uggggh.
Day 4: Dec 21st
just came back lor. didn't do much. woke up early, checked out early and everything. the coach was cool though. there was a mini-TV system!!! i watched Shrek 2 and Troy. Shrek 2 was nice. then Troy, the one starring Brad Pitt, Eric Bana and Orlando Bloom, was the cut version, so nothing too sick was shown. there WAS a lot of blood, but yeah. other than that... nothing uch.

going to Raykal's BBQ Xmas party soon. can't wait. hope it'll be fun. :)

i just might be a drama queen. after all, i do love drama in my fanfics. in chronological order:
1st Fanfic (Harry Potter songfic, called Only One, after the Yellowcard song of the same name): Either Harry or Hermione dies. This oneshot is a completely non-canon, Harmony (ie Harry/Hermione) fic.
2nd Fanfic (The Covenant fanfic, called The True Battle): Truthfully there has been some near-flawless vocab/grammar there, but it's somewhat plotless shit. The drama: evil guy returns to life to try killing off people. Drama? You bet.
3rd Fanfic (another Covenant fanfic, called For Better or Worse): One of my better fanfics. There's a fair bit of drama: jealous guys. evil ghost-trying-to-make-descendant-evil. characters having sobfests...
4th Fanfic (my favourite, possibly BEST fanfic by far: FALL OUT BOY fanfic, I'll Keep Singing This Lie): Yes, this IS my favourite fanfic that I've written. I love it to death. The drama comes at the latest chapter, Ch 10, where the bitch of the story goes kissing Pete Wentz (I kinda hated that scene... it's PETE WENTZ.) and leaves the main character feeling betrayed. All issues shall be resolved in future chapters, obviously.
5th Fanfic (second favourite, possibly 2nd best piece of work: MCR fanfic, I'm Trying To Let You Know): My 2nd favourite fanfic. Drama? You've got it: Jealous guys (again), a serial-dating, cheating asshole, and emotions running high.
Drama queen. I might be one. If not a drama queen, then a drama princess. Blah.

Fall Out Boy doing a cover of Pantera's Walk. While it wasn't the best Walk cover out there (I've heard the original Pantera version and the Avenged Sevenfold version), you HAVE to give FOB props for doing a pretty awesome cover of a metal song. I love Walk, it's a fantastic song. I trust my music taste enough to know what's good and what isn't. Joe and Andy showed off their kickass skills in this one. After all, they did start out in the hardcore/metal scene, save for Patrick (though he was a drummer before, and his voice isn't exactly the metal type). Enjoy. And don't diss it simply because it's hardcore. By the way Keith Buckley from Every Time I Die is the guest vocalist.

today i went shopping with fel. i didn't really do a LOT of shopping. hahs.
we went to Bugis Street first. i saw an MCR tshirt for $10. though i didn't buy it at first. we had lunch at BK. i just ate onion rings for lunch, and drank ice lemon tea. i wanted to explore more of the place. so we did, but it wasn't so fun, and some shops were closed, PLUS we didn't have a lot of money. so after exploring i bought the t-shirt. then there was a shop selling earrings. 8 for $10. fel bought 8 pairs (naturally. who wouldn't? it's SUCH a deal.)
after that we went to Bugis Junction and walked around a LOT. we were just walking and walking and walking. up, down, left, right, centre (why is it never centre, right, left, down, up?). my legs got pretty tired. ha. we went to gift shops and everything. fel bought a keychain at one of the shops. the keychain is a super-realistic cookie.
then we went to this stationery/gift shop. then there was this notebook with a tattoo design on it. then i mentioned how all the guy celebs i like are all tattooed, ans how some of 'em have lip rings too! ha. we started laughing like hell, cause we were imagining some things... (nothing TOO sick...)
afterwards we went to AMK Hub. then we were like just chatting and we happened to talk about our good and bad points. then we somehow talked about guys with tattoos and lip rings... can't remember why. oh, and a bit about shirtless-ness. (i've seen guys shirtless before. even, say Pete Wentz. *_*)
WE ARE SIIICK RIGHT?! well, after that we went to Jubilee and went to Popular. we were browsing books and gifts and chatting. then we saw this one book called "From Boys To Men", a "guide to NS life", apparently. we joked about buying some of those books for the boys as christmas gifts and if they'd accept it. (just imagining the looks on their faces cracked us up.)
then we went to Mos Burger and decided that the meals there were too expensive. thus we walked to KFC and had $4 student meals. after that we went home. it was a GREAT day. :DD

I looked at Jess from one end of my bed. She was lying down, reading a magazine. "Jessica Wood, are you DONE with that magazine?" I asked in exasperation, putting my guitar on the bed.
"Come on, Stace, just a bit more..." Jess sighed, finally looking up. As soon as she did, she resumed her reading.
I rolled my eyes. If a stranger had seen my best friend now, they would dismiss her as a some ditzy high-school girl who was only interested in boys and fashion. Her long blonde hair and bright blue eyes only accentuated that even more. However, to those who knew her, they knew that beneath that very exterior was a pretty proficient drummer whose iPod playlist mainly consisted of heavy metal and rock music.
Then, the ringing of the doorbell jerked me from my thoughts. I jumped up and sped out to the living room to answer the door. When I did, I broke into a huge smile. It was my cousin, Patrick. "Hey, Trick," I greeted.
Sudenly I found Jess beside me. How she had guessed that it was Patrick, I had no idea. "Hi Patrick!" she said cheerily.
"Hey, girls. I brought a friend home today," Patrick responded, stepping inside the house.
"Hi. You're Stacy, aren't you?" the guy who stepped in after him said. "I'm Pete, Pete Wentz. Nice to meet you."
My breath caught for a second. This Pete was cute. "Hi. Nice to meet you too."

i'm in an emotional sort of mood. i just read about the passing away of the guitarist of Hawthorne Heights, a band that's friendly with Fall Out Boy, Plain White T's, etc. while i've never listened to Hawthorne Heights before, i've pretty much heard about it and really appreciate the band.
it really makes you appreciate life. it's just so sad that anyone has to die. you really don't know how short life can be... so work hard and play hard. don't take things for granted.
on that note i realise i have a few aims in life.
1) to get a work of mine published in any form (school publication, whatever) and read by many, before i'm sixteen. 2) to learn how to play gutar and at least 5 songs before i'm sixteen. 3) don't screw up when i'm an organiser. 4) learn how to cook. 5) get a bf before i'm 20. 6) get less than 11 pts in my L1R5
idk why i have some of those aims. but i'm dead set, excuse the pun, on aims 1 and 2.

regina is a very hyper and rather 'dark' 12-year-old girl.
she totally enjoys listening to rock music, dancing, singing and writing. she loves her friends and famiily,
Fall Out Boy, Avenged Sevenfold, and rock music. she dislkes many guys in the class and everything creepy,
creepy-crawlies included but excluding skulls and bats because they really aren't so bad.
she was in 1/2H in 2002/03, 3/4AA in 2004/05 and 5E in 2006. she is currently in 6E,
where she really likes it. she hopes to go to SNGS next year.
