Mood: Over-exuberance and indescribable euphoria
OK, I know I said the previous post would be my last post for the day, but there's something I want to announce. I GOT THE COVENANT VCD!!! Yes, I KNOW it's just the VCD but it's still THE COVENANT!!! I GOT THE MOVIE! NOW I CAN WATCH IT WHENEVER I WANT! Well, OK, I can't, but I can after exams. I can only get to watch it next week. I can't wait! Good luck to EVERYONE and to ME in every exam! The bliss is INDESCRIBABLE!*

alrights... mrs cha came back to teach today. HUGE change in the class. all the devils became angels. like JM, CK and the like. even i. i didn't write in class today. still nt updating For Better or Worse. sarah and aneka are gna kill me. or maybe not. they'll bug me BAD, however.
talking abt The Covenant, sarah finally watched it on YouTube and asked me which scene i hated the most - the underwear scene or the locker room scene. i dunno which one to pick! blehs. BAD sarah. but still, LOVE THE COVENANT!!!

Happy Chinese New Year! last night i was staying up with the whole family. CNY traditions! and today we'll be going to my aunt's house. i'll be wearing a white top with a sequinned butterfly design and a... a... skirt. a white skirt. why am i the only female in the family to wear a skirt?! i look pretty bad in the skirt. in fact i never look GOOD in skirts. i'm a t-shirt and jeans kind of person. well, tomorrow i'll be wearing my new Converse t-shirt and hopefully, hopefully, jeans! or smth like that... long pants, maybe. alright, that's all, byes.

ok... i was reading some stories on FanFiction.Net and I REALLY like one called "A Brother's Love". it's a great story and it's abt Pogue's sister (not canon, of course. just OCs) and reid. i LOVE LOVE LOVE ReidOC stories. always the cutest!!! because Reid is like a total a****** when it comes to girls. but here it's like he's damn serious and cute. oh, and the human-powerless antagonist of the story? Aaron Abbot. definitely canon. HAHHS. so, aaron-in-the-covenant is a little like reid in terms of personality, but he's ugly and more of an a****** than reid is. and reid is abt a thousand times more well loved. lols.

well. happy valentine's day. lol, not gna talk abt v.day cos there's nth to tok abt, but instead abt how we spent my aunt's bday - today!!!
we went to bottle tree park. it's lovely in the day, but wondrously beautiful at night. so we were like eating dinner, after tt we (meaning my cousin Kuan, my sis and I) went for a roughly 10-minute walk. we were talking abt a lot of topics while we stargazed a little. hahhs. it was damn nice la. looking at the water is just so calming and BEAUTIFUL!!! then while we walked we saw a lot of couples lor. then kuan said we are like gooseberry lidat. hahhs. then we were talking abt kuan's band, Balqios. shall explain the band name nxt time. was a funny conversation:

hmm. decided to do reviews or whatever-you-wanna-call-its of FOB's vids. here i go. in alphabetical order:
A Little Less Sixteen Candles A Little More "Touch Me" - concept's vampires! it's SO cool, in a creepy way. beginning is like there's a good vampire, played by Pete Wentz. then suddenly there're vampires jumping out. then the rest of the band as vampire hunters appear and capture the other vampires. then pete is like, "You call yourself hunters?" and jumps down the cliff. then andy hurley sticks his head out of his car and says, "Next time, you be the bait!" then fast forward to patrick stump narrating... den the song comes on. after d first chorus pete wentz does this SUPER COOL run-up-and-jump-off-the-wall thing a couple of times. den later on there's this fighting scene between the vampires and pete wentz's gang. it's like the music pauses and pete wentz does this kungfu stance and walks up to the vampires, who back away. twice. and then full-on battle. then in the part "(always on, always on)/you said you'd keep me honest/always on, always on/but i won't call you on it/always on, always on", it's like the vampires, led by Brendon Urie of P!ATD (yay!) are dancing while the real lead vampire is like drinking tea on top of a car. then after Pete defeats some vampires, he pounces on the tea-drinking leader vampire but he disappears. Pete is then caught by the police and then he realises that EVERYONE's vampires! lol. damn cool la. in a creepy way. =)
The Carpal Tunnel of Love - HTF, what can I say? FOB "dies" by having their heads dismembered. violent enough. i need not say further.
Dance, Dance - concept's high school prom. it's like there're young nerd versions of FOB. most of the song and vid is really abt dancing. near the end, the nerds rule and pete wentz dances pretty damn well la. hahhs. love this song.
Sugar, We're Going Down - it's a "warped out fairytale love story" kinda thing, as described by FOB. it's like there's a boy with antlers who likes this normal girl who also likes Antler Boy. but the girl's dad disapproves of the relationship. nearing the end, the girl's dad tries to shoot antler boy with an arrow but he gets knocked down. girl's dad la. then antler boy waks over to the girl's dad and realises he has deer feet. so, he finally approves of his daughter and antler boy together. this is just cute!
This Ain't A Scene It's An Arms Race - well. it's abt scandals and stuff la. follows smoothly at the end of dance, dance. it's like many of the "fans" are really cardboard. then uhh can't remember but it's like Pete Wentz has a photo shoot and he's kinda tricked into.. umm... exposing... er, you geddit. no need to go further!!!!!!! then the band is shown trashing a hotel room. pete is like playing on the bed next to the window and a guy jumps on the bed, launching pete out of the window and thus causing his "death". so later on, they show his "funeral". there're like ppl singing and dancing and there're many cameos like antler boy and the MTV Moon Man. then joe trohman plays guitar on top of pete's "coffin" and suddenly pete rises from his coffin. turns out tt he was jus having a nightmare. then they're like "let's go, we're late." for a concert and like pete or patrick at the very end does a stage dive... and it turns all black. reference to pete's infamous jumping into concrete stage dive. lol. one of my fav vids.

so u guys know why i'm sad. i'm happy cos i can get a second-hand guitar! i don't care if it's second-hand, still a guitar at any rate! =) though, still a little depressed. no concert, see.

well. that's it. i can't go. i can't watch fall out boy in concert. who knows when'll be the next time they'll come to singapore? this is so depressing. i want to go but i can't. no offer of paying for the ticket by myself is ok. and my sis is allowed to watch rain's concert and she got the $388 ticket. $388 is, what, five times of $75?! it's just a little more than five times of $75! my dad was like, "Please la, don't listen to this kind of music lah..." and my sis can watch Rain in concert for THREE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY-EIGHT DOLLARS. my sis barely understands KOREAN and she can watch RAIN in concert, while i understand english well and i can't watch FOB in concert.
i know i sound like a total a$$, but well. gotta let it all out.

ok, just realised a few things about guys in the music scene. ok la, my own opinion... there are four types of guys in the entertainment industry. 1 type can dance can't sing, 1 type can sing can't dance, 1 type can sing can dance, 1 type can't sing can't dance. like in 1st type... RAIN. own opinion la. 2nd type... uhs. maybe steven strait? his dancing is like lacklustre in covenant. but he can sing la! 3rd type pete wentz... at least can sing backup vocals. i think. he dances pretty well in Dance, Dance MV. the 4th... dno. but there definitely has to be an opposite to can sing can dance rite?! kays. ciao.

OK, i was watching the vid for The Carpal Tunnel of Love and it was very bloody. literally. not hman blood la, but cartoon characters. FOB used Happy Tree Friends for the vid!!! in happy tree friends, 90% of the characters die. there're all animals. the rabbit and bear so cute la, they're like in love and only get together in death. there's a lot of bones, blood and stuff. not recommended if you don't like happy tree friends OR gory stuff. but the song is quite nice. so, love the song, love the characters, hate the gore. ciao! oh my goodness. found out smth... Brendon Urie's also born on april 12! he's the lead singer of panic! at the disco larhh. pretty good-looking. =) that's way cool, cos i'm also born on april 12 =) current music obsessions are panic! at the disco and fall out boy. ha. movie obsession is still Covenant. well. and i was like watching fall out boy vids and they have really cool concepts... like scandals (or smth) for "this ain't a scene it's an arms race" (though, it's kinda sick in a way. skipped those parts!) and deers for "sugar we're going down". listening to The Carpal Tunnel of Love by fall out boy now. gotta love the guitars. ciao!

well, i was reading a couple of new fics on Fanfiction.Net. one is a slash, CalebReid. i'm not a big fan of slash. i mean, how would you feel if, say, (IF! DO NOT KILL ME!!!) Harry Potter and Draco Malfoy got together?! slash means same-gender relationship la. there're ppl who write slash, seriously. tt's kinda like thinking out of the box in a way, only it's in the form of writing. commendable, but i'm not a fan. but the one slash story i read today was good, but very sad. 'course, i love any story with caleb and reid as the main characters, best covenant boys ever! though, i doubt i'll ever write slash. k, done with this little piece of my mind. bye. well. i got some really GOOD news! for me, anyway. fall out boy is coming to s'pore in March!!! according to my sis la. and the ticket price is $75. hope can persuade my parents to let it be my early bday present! still mus save $75 tho, for my sister's ticket. she also wants to go, see. ehehe. first concert! and it's fall out boy! hope i can go!!! wish me good luck!

well. didn't mention this the other time. in my story, the lead female who happens to be an OC, Icera Williams, is entangled in an... ahem... love triangle with Chase and Reid. she likes chase and chase likes her. reid also likes icera and turns against his older 'Covenant brother' due to his jealousy. then i was watching Shi Xiong Di... here's d situation: two of the ten brothers, oldest bro and 4th bro, both like xiaolan. xiaolan likes oldest bro. 4th bro thus turns against oldest bro. see the similarity??? except that in ten brothers oldest bro very noble, reject xiaolan for his bro's sake while in my story chase not THAT noble... well, at this point i must say who is d one who dies in my story. it's CHASE. eep. feel so guilty for making him die. but it's all for a NOBLE cause lah. so that puts the 'bitter' in 'bittersweet ending'. for sweet... well, just discover it urself. i dunno when to end the story. everything is in my head, almost fully formed, jus must put it down on paper, type, upload chpt, then wait 4 reviews. aiming to get over 30 or so reviews. maybe even 50. if can i'll be SO happy! well anyway gtg... playing maple and while downloading patch, finish as much of chpt 5 as possible. :) ciao!

just changed the blog song. gone so young by amber pacific. really amazing song. at first listen it may seem like a love song abt a guy mourning his dead gf or smth but after watching d youtube vid i realised wad it really means. the song is actually abt their dead friend. so they're mourning the loss of their friend. the song is beautiful, and definitely a good listen. i shall buy the CD one day.

well. sherry's ovr here! :) we're doing teh science project. the water wheel-ish thing. it isn't working very well, n we dun have clear instructions on wad we are supposed to work on but i think it regards hydroelectrical energy and stuff cos we're supposed to make a water wheel(turbine) to turn a circle of paper (generator)! right, think i said it liao. watever. sherry using now. =)

well. i'm even happier now! i checked out wikipedia and saw that toby hemingway and sebastian stan got proper wikipedia profiles! at last! b4 my comp broke down, toby hemingway only had a bunch of jumbled up text as a profile and sebastian stan didn't have anything. now it's better and improved! only thing is, chace crawford and sebastian stan don't have photographs. that's just sad. =( but at least, they have proper wikipedia profiles.
and i'm taking a break from designing. too busy with my covenant story to design much. "for better or worse", not "the true battle", of course. i've given up on the latter, it's pathetic, to say the least. if i think abt it, my mind's a blank, but when it comes to "for better or worse", there're tons of ideas in my head! here's a mini-mini-mini-preview into the ending: one of the five Sons dies. not caleb lah. wouldn't make him die. and tyler is too minor to die. though, there's another reason - he's kinda... ahem.. cute. lol. so it's either, reid, pogue or chase. and someone from one of the five sons' past returns to haunt his descendant - eventually killing him. work it out yourself. quite easy to guess. well, gtg, bb. cya. too late.

OK, i was checking out a Covenant OC (original character) album and i saw jesse mccartney's pic there! definitely dashing! *.* *starry eyed expression* my fav fanfiction.net authotr, RedRogue, is a great writer and writes a few Covenant stories!!! in her "The Descension" story, which features the boys' fathers (and like their sons, were good-looking in their youth. esp pogue's dad! *.*). and there's another sort of covenant in the story, called the concordat. and 'jesse mccartney' is featured as the youngest of the concordat, blake hunter. i'm definitely liking him more now, cos: fav-singer-next-to-steven-strait + the covenant = !!!GREATNESS!!! <3!!! lols. and i've finally thoned 4 d 1st time in a MONTH! XD i shall type chpt 5 of ' For Better Or Worse tmr... make that later, at, say, after breakfast or smth. draft is alr 13 pgs long, duno how the real thing on microsoft word will be. oh yeah, and i've planned the whole story... it's gonna have a bittersweet ending. here's a couple quotes from chpt 5 to 7:

Well. I am BACK!!! I'M BACK! I AM BACK! gt a lot of stuff to talk abt!!! i was jumping 4 joy when i finally saw tt d comp was OK! literally! ok, so here goes...
life without comp in general
...sucked. gd stuff were few n far between: school, frens and MTV Rock It! and ying huo chong de meng (Let It Shine, Ch 8 drama) and shi xiong di (Ten Brothers, TVB drama). MTV Rock It! has become my fav mtv show. there're vids like starlight by muse, it ends tonight by the all-american rejects and when your heart stops beating by +44. love those songs =)
life in school
rocks! i'm probably in the BEST p6 class! best teachers and best classmates. except 4 sum ppl larhhs. but generally everyone's great. even sum boys. XD though, still gt ppl i do NOT like. hahahs. i completed a lot of my story in class. about 2 chpts!!! =) sum of course at home larhhs! also gt ppl hu want to see wht i'm writing. but other than tt it's really good!!! school rocks, my teachers rock, my classmates rock, my frens rock!

well. it's doing better than my first story. discovered that i'm actually pretty gd at writing... well, angsty, tragic romance stories. lol. and i'm only 12. hahahs. but i still wanna write more. must develop other genres, practice makes perfect!!!
