Another writer's block! I can't think of anything interesting enough for chapter 5! Granted, it's only the draft, but still! T_T
I've completed the draft for chapter four (A Week To Ascension). So far things look peachy, but I don't know yet... It's simply frustrating when you get writer's block - you can't think of anything to write!
It's also incredibly boring, there's nothing to do! T___T

I updated my story about yesterday, and I'm unsure if I should scrap the plan for "A Week To Ascension". His thoughts and all that are a good thing to work on, but it's almost like moving away from the real plot of the story. I really like the idea of having Reid do a journal thing or something like that, but it may be too unrealistic. Scrapped or not, however, the next chapter (either Chpt 4 or 5) will deal with Chase AKA The Figure releasing Pogue from his spell and the other three boys (Caleb, Reid and Tyler) trying to investigate Pogue's return to normalcy. Caleb also cannot feel the Power coming from Pogue and therefore believes that the odd Pogue was really Chase. Something like that, anyway, I suck at summaries.

I changed the song for the blog. It's Unwell by Matchbox Twenty. It's a great song, which I feel somewhat describes the Covenant boys. All of them may have a different side of them, such as Reid, who is the flirt and most 'fun' of the group, may actually be a sensitive and sweet guy inside, while Chase, even, may have his good side, even though he's portrayed as pure evil. I like songs with meanings, and I feel this is one of those very songs.
Unwell - Matchbox TwentyAll day,
Staring at the ceiling
Making friends with shadows on my wall
All night hearing voices telling me
That I should get some sleep
Because tomorrow might be good for something
Hold on
Feeling like I'm heading for a breakdown
And I don't know why
[Chorus]
But I'm not crazy, I'm just a little unwell
I know right now you can't tell
But stay awhile and maybe then you'll see
A different side of me
I'm not crazy, I'm just a little impaired
I know right now you don't care
But soon enough you're gonna think of me
And how I used to be...me
I'm talking to myself in public
Dodging glances on the train
And I know, I know they've all been talking bout me
I can hear them whisper
And it makes me think there must be something wrong with me
Out of all the hours thinking
Somehow I've lost my mind
[Chorus]
But I'm not crazy, I'm just a little unwell
I know right now you can't tell
But stay awhile and maybe then you'll see
A different side of me
I'm not crazy, I'm just a little impaired
I know right now you don't care
But soon enough you're gonna think of me
And how I used to be
I've been talking in my sleep
Pretty soon they'll come to get me
Yeah, they're taking me away
[Chorus]
I'm not crazy, I'm just a little unwell
I know right now you can't tell
But stay awhile and maybe then you'll see
A different side of me
I'm not crazy, I'm just a little impaired
I know right now you don't care
But soon enough you're gonna think of me
And how I used to be
Yeah, how I used to be
How I used to be
Well, I'm just a little unwell
How I used to be
How I used to be
I'm just a little unwell

This is MOST excellent. The FanFiction.Net document manager is working! Which means I've put down the full chapter. At least, you can still read the first draft preview. I've added a couple paragraphs and changed the chapter a little (minor changes), so it'll flow better. View it at

This is SO dumb. After finally (!) hitting the thousand-word target for my chapter (see previous post), FanFiction.Net's document manager has some kind of problem. After trying to upload the chapter about ten times, I finally gave up and decided to complain here. Maybe I'll edit the chapter a bit more o_0

I DID say I'd put up the intro to Chapter 3, so here it is! By the way, note that there MAY be a little ReidTyler slash. Try to figure that one out yourself ;) And the ending of the intro - the part I'm done with - will be marked with an asterik.
A Very Weird PoguePogue stepped into his room in the apartment that he lived alone in. Burying his head in his hands, he pondered on Caleb's words. He knew that he could trust Caleb, since he was the sanest and most serious of the group - Pogue was crazy about Kate, Reid was partially addicted to Using, not to mention the fact that he flirted with almost every girl he met and Tyler who depended on Reid to date and followed his example about ninety-five per cent of the time. Yet he was reluctant to show his feelings. He hated the idea of seeing Kate covered in spider bites, no thanks to Chase, and hated to believe the possibility of it happening again. Sighing, he put his bag down on the floor. As he did so, wind blew into the room. Weird. It's a warm night and the windows are closed, he thought. He shrugged it off and proceeded to the shower. All of a sudden, ropes of energy gripped him from behind and he collapsed.Out of the shadows in one of the spare rooms appeared a figure. He smiled and levitated Pogue to his bed. He walked over to the telephone on the desk and dialled Mrs. Parry's number."Mrs Parry? I'm Pogue's neighbour's son. Pogue suddenly collapsed as we were having a drink and his forehead feels hot. I think that he's ill. Could you come over as soon as possible? Yes, but I'll have to leave him here, I really must go now," he said pleasantly. When he had Mrs Parry's worried reply, he hung up and his eyes went as dark as midnight. Seconds later, in his place stood an exact replica of Pogue. _________________________________________________________"I guess I believe you now, Caleb. Chase appeared in my dream last night," Reid said defeatedly as the four Sons of Ipswich walked to the History lecture hall, where they would be - as Reid put it first lesson - tortured by Professor Miles - a strict old lady professor who thought that every moment not spent studying history was a moment wasted - with boring facts, not to mention her obsession with punctuality. "Yeah. That's what he did to me too," Caleb said."Reid woke up yelling last night. He believes you, but didn't say anything about crushing your shoulder!" Tyler laughed. "Really? I'll make sure the girls stay away from you so their shoulders and whatnot will never be crushed!" joked Caleb."We have to get serious, though. Chase could strike any time soon," Pogue smiled icily, pronouncing the last word slowly."Erm, right. He could strike on Reid's birthday. Doesn't help that he's Ascending in nine days," Caleb said more seriously, before adding, "Since when did you believe me, anyway?""Always. I didn't particularly enjoy knowing that Kate was covered in spider bites, you know. Just didn't want to show it," Pogue said a little too quickly, before his frosty smile returned."Okay..." Caleb responded.Pogue's acting oddly today. And that smile creeps me out. Reid directed the thought to both Caleb and Tyler.Yeah. He's almost...evil-looking. Tyler thought.I know. He kind of resembles Chase today. Especially with that smile. It was Caleb.Reid felt uncomfortable at that, since he knew that he was the one that really resembled Chase, though he wasn't evil.Er, kinda harsh. But then, who knows? Tyler projected the thought at the two Sons of Ipswich.Oh crap. We're late by twenty seconds and she's already threatening to give us extra homework. Who needs History, especially when ours is WAY better? Reid thought angrily, as the group rushed into the lecture hall."Twenty seconds! You wasted TWENTY SECONDS of History!" screeched Professor Miles, looking at the extra pile of notes on the teacher's desk."Um, sorry, Professor!" the boys said, and hurried off to find seats. Reid sat in the topmost row, fully expecting Tyler to sit with him as usual. However, a grinning Pogue sat with him instead. Looking thoroughly scandalised, Tyler skulked off to a seat next to Kate. *It's long, sure, and that's all I managed! Told you there was a little ReidTyler slash, didn't I? If you haven't figured that out, the subtle slash part is in the last paragraph. I can't continue it! Gimme a couple ideas, just no more... slash. 1:22 AM or So: Oh My God. I just checked the number of words in this and there's only 662 words!!! My target is 900 words!!! HELP!!!

Oh. My. God. This is a major disaster: I'M HAVING WRITER'S BLOCK! *hyperventilates a bit* I'm writing the third chapter for my story, The True Battle. I've got the idea all worked out for this chapter. In case you don't know my story, here's a rundown of it so far:
Ch. 1 - Voices: Caleb has an odd dream about someone mysteriously like Chase. He hears his voice and is convinced that Chase has not died.
Ch. 2 - Disbelief (Possibly renamed Disbelief and Dreams): Caleb tells the rest about his suspicions. Reid and Pogue do not believe him, while Tyler, surprisingly, supports Caleb. Reid fights with Caleb, nearly crushing his (Caleb's) shoulder while Using (Using means to use the Power) as the two have a heated argument about who is right. Later that night, Reid has a dream where Chase appears, telling him that he (Chase) is very much alive. Reid starts believing Caleb and thinking about the curious similarities he shares with Chase.
Ch. 3 - ??? (Possibly named 'A Very Weird Pogue'): Pogue does not seem to be acting like himself, and is strangely distant, even from Kate. Pogue resembles Chase in manners - taunting and chilly.
Ch. 4 - ??? (Possibly named A Week to Ascension) - This chapter revolves around Reid. There's only a week left to his Ascension (that is, gaining of full powers). He ponders about Pogue's weird behavior, Caleb's suspicions and Tyler's distance from him. Basically, this is Reid's state of mind as his Ascension draws nearer.
Ch. 5 - ??? (Possibly named 'True or False'): Pogue suddenly returns to 'normal'. He asks them what happened during the three days that "I wasn't at school 'cause I was down with a bloody cold". Caleb and company, excluding Pogue, decide to investigate Pogue's strange behaviour. They think that the odd 'Pogue' they have been with for the past few days is not the real Pogue.
I'm stuck 'thirdway' through Chapter Three. I got it up to the part where Caleb and Reid telepathically send messages to each other about Pogue's odd behaviour1 Help! Will post the draft here soon for help!

Tell me what's good and what's not. Tell me what you like and what you dislike. Give me good, honest reviews. I do not need stuff like "You suck" and "You're great". I need reviews that will help me imorove and a few possible ideas on the storyline, if I EVER mention that I'm a little stuck! And review on the site, you may comment on my tagboard, but please review at least once if possible.

Ok, there's a technical problem for me - the music isn't working!!! If this is happening, PLEASE tell me and maybe suggest a new song, thanks. And, no pop. Rock is EXCELLENT. Just no 'words'. Something like "damn" is ok, it's not really cursing, is it? It's not like the four-letter word. :)
P.S. To Readers: Er, 'damn' is a four-letter word too. o_0

Just watched Happy Feet, which was a really great movie, although I kinda preferred The Covenant, still, for obvious reasons. Happy Feet, in case you didn't know already, tells the story of a tap-dancing emperor penguin named Mumble. Every penguin has a Heartsong to find true love, however Mumble's only talent lies in dancing, and he's seriously tone-deaf/can't hold a tune/can't sing. (Choose whichever term you want)! So Mumble is ostracised by all and.. well, go watch the movie yourself. I liked the ending most, it's really good. And the 'aliens', AKA humans look SO real. Maybe it's both CGI and real... whatever you call it.

Ah well. I made this new picture, rather crudely done, admittedly, but I quite like it. I'm such a big fan, I think I wanna buy the DVD when it comes out, the soundtrack too! Haha. You, my reader, may have noticed that Toby Hemingway moved up a notch on the 'guy list' (positively, of course). By the way, Steven Strait is the youngest of the four in reality, while in The Covenant he's supposed to be the oldest. Ha. I keep reading The Covenant fanfics, and I'm practically addicted to The Covenant. A bit like addiction to the Power in The Covenant. Nice. Har.

I watched The Covenant today. It was quite a good movie. I'd rate it 7.5/10. We reached there at 4 and took Neoprints first. Xie Ting went to buy the tickets first before joining us. And we had to pay for Benedict, who made us lose much time. Xie Ting said that he wonders why he decided to call Benedict. Ah well.
Anyway to get to GV, we had to run through rain. Benedict 'styled' his hair in a super act cool manner. Anyway we only missed, like, the first thirty seconds of the movie. Basically the show was quite good. Caleb and Sarah were kissing, like, 5 or 6 times!!! In one scene, the swimming pool scene, Pogue Parry had eight pack abs and that Benedict said, "Yah, he has eight pack, you girls want him?" Glares always work in shutting up stupid boys, however. They were also teasing us 'cause we didn't have popcorn. We didn't care a lot, though. There was also one scene where they were lots of spiders and Sih Si and I were like "Eek!"! I mean, these are SPIDERS. Turned out to be Sarah's dream and I was all, "Er, did the boys hear us?!" There was one scene, another swimming pool scene with Reid and Chase. Kind of... 'sick', if you know what I mean.
Sih Si thinks Reid resembles Tom Felton somewhat (the hair) and Tyler looks like C. Ronaldo. I'm inclined to agree slightly, because I think Reid does not resemble Tom Felton. He's not evil, anyway. And I love the scenes when their eyes go black, when they are using their powers, and the scene where Caleb Ascends. Well, in all, the movie was quite a good one, you should SO see it. Except for the arachnophobic. I have no idea if I'm currently arachnophobic, the spiders WERE freaky!!!

I also forgot to mention this. On Friday, which was Prize Presentation day, there was also the End-of-Year concert. Here's a rundown of the items:
HP:CoS clip - Leads to the following items
Appearance of Harry Potter Faker (HPF) - the title says it all. Harry Potter Faker!!!
Indian Dance - Generally, a good dance that was quite enjoyable.
Malay Dance - One of my favourites, sans that part with the HPF trying to dance.
Wushu - Great one with them doing all those cool moves. Not exactly my type, though.
Chinese Dance - Excellent. I may be a little biased since I have at least three friends performing. NOT dumb, honestly, and really good. However, Akash and Eugene did not appreciate this. They REALLY hate my three friends, I can swear.
String Ensemble - Pretty good one with one of my classmates performing. Then... END OF GOOD PARTS!!! Except that after that, HPF tried to dance. Lame.
Bad...dancing...by...P1/2...kids... - Those kids DESTROYED Tokyo Drift and SOS (Rescue Me) by Teriyaki Boyz and Rihanna respectively. I think that the respective artistes would have sued Northland if they were there. Personally, I'd half-support their move.
Gymastics to a song that would sound better in an action flick - Er. That's all I can say. The one and only REMOTELY GOOD part was the ending - a pyramid. Too bad one of the kids nearly fell. Like I cared.
Choir - Finally, a good one again! They sung The Lion Sleeps Tonight. Enjoyed it.
Finale - Good way to end - all the performers joined in, singing Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. I dunno if I spelt THAT right. Really enjoyed it. Still couldn't bear the terrible sight of HPF, however.
Somewhere in there, HPF showed an obviously fake magic trick. He flipped to three very obviously DIFFERENT pages - one blank, one with picture, one with colour. Not good. J.K. Rowling could have sued Northland too. I'd half-support her again.

This is my first post for the holidays! Anyway, I was really sick yesterday, with a big headache and fever. I slept for a long time yesterday:
1500-1700
1930-2130
2200-0300
0400-0725
See?! And, guess what my dinner was. Bits of scrambled egg... That is because after one bite of rice, I threw up practically everything, including lunch. Or what LOOKED like lunch. Yuck. However, after throwing up, I felt somewhat better. My head didn't throb so much anymore and I fel more energetic.
Anyway, my sister and mom went to my cousin's house, where they rented VCDs to watch. Obviously I couldn't go - I'd have DIED there, with my illness. They rented Click, She's The Man and another movie, I don't know which.
My sister really liked Channing Tatum, who plays Duke in She's The Man, and also stars in Step Up. Olivia was played by Laura Ramsey, my cousin is named Olivia, Laura Ramsey stars in The Covenant too, Olivia (the character) likes this guy named Sebastian in She's The Man and in The Covenant, Chase Collins is played by a guy named Sebastian Stan. Nice. Aren't I random? My sister also thinks that Steven Strait kinda resembles Steven Gerrard. Doesn't help that both are named Steven! Oh, and Steven Gerrard/Steven Strait fans, er, please DON'T kill me. I'm only eleven and I still want to live. Thank you!

Separation. What comes to mind when you hear this word? Separated from loved ones, perhaps? That's what I thought...
I will go to 6E next year, however I will be separated from my best friends, Lynn, Mabel and Charishma. This year is the best EVER year, the craziest, most fun, most enjoyable, happiest, best-est class EVER!!! I never said much about Lynn, Mabel and Charishma, have I? Well, here are some facts about them!
Lynn: Anti-boy and quiet, but can be very fun and bubbly too. Wonderful friend, excellent secret-keeper AND secret-discoverer. Does not like to share own secrets but you can confide practically everything to her. Great listening ear and can offer excellent advice, or just plain, fun and crazy stuff to cheer one up.
Mabel: Outspoken, quite adorable, fun and lively. Fabulous friend and good secret-keeper and secret discoverer. Shares secrets, confides in others sometines. Like Lynn, has an excellent listening ear and can brighten up anyone's day with a witty retort or funny remark.
Charishma: fun, likes to asks questions, curious, happy, very nice. Fantastic friend and you can confide many things to her. Good listening ear, doesn't laugh at other's minfortunes, intelligent and "gets it" often. Empathic and witty.
All three are very fun to be with and you can have wild, crazy and happy moments with them. Very hard to accept separation from them.
I'll also miss those such as Boyu, Zoey, Wei Qi and the like. I'll even miss the boys- no more fun quarrels that, smehow, always end up with jokes and laughter. Goodbye 5E. I'm gonna miss you all loads.

Oh, before I go, I'd like to mention my latest... obsession, which is THE COVENANT! These days, I go to the movie website every day, watch the opening sequence posted on the website and the trailer on YouTube every day! May I also mention that my MSN screen-name, personal message and default chatbox window background are ALL The Covenant related? And the background for my desktop is also one of The Covenant. Actually it's just a wallpaper of Steven Strait, haha. Well then, bye.

That's where I help her with her homework) and if I don't get into 6E/F, I'm really bad... Exhausting: one word to describe today. As today is my maid's "off-day", and my sister was out with her friends (HMPH!), I had to do the dishes, buy the meals and clean up the tables. Hello again. Do look to the left of the screen and you'll see a new section called 'star alert'. If you look at my sister's blog, you'll see an Eye candies list, which basically means 'good-looking guys' list. Same here, just that the title isn't so... you know! The first couple of guys play the leads in The Covenant. Then there's Hugh Jackman and Christian Bale, stars of The Prestige. And then there's Orlando Bloom, one of the stars of The Pirates of The Caribbean movies. Hey, all of the movies they star in (now, anyway, don't care about past roles and movies!!!) start with 'The'! Right, I'm being lame. Byeeee.

I'm going to watch 'The Covenant' soon, and I just checked out the movie website. It's a horror/thriller movie, so it'll probably be quite... I dunno, freakish, maybe? I hope it's good! The main characters are five guys and two girls - four of the guys are the Sons of Ipswich, the remaining guy is the evil one and the other two are, like, the girlfriends (one potential) of two of the Sons of Ipswich. The leader of the Sons of Ipswich is the best-looking one, followed by the evil one! Hahahs.

Well. My first post after the exams! Okay, today I bought My Chemical Romance's latest album, The Black Parade. The album art is slightly... morbid (skeleton, y' know?), and a few of the songs are also a little like that, but generally this album is a very good one.
The tracklist is as follows:
1. The End.
2. Dead!
3. This is How I Disappear
4. The Sharpest Lives
5. Welcome to The Black Parade
6. I Don't Love You
7. House of Wolves
8. Cancer
9. Mama
10. Sleep
11. Teenagers
12. Disenchanted
13. Famous Last Words
14. Blood [Hidden Track]
My least favourite track is Blood. It's probably the most morbid song, with an eerie rhythm, but the rest, especially Welcome to The Black Parade and Famous Last Words, are good. I also like This Is How I Disappear and I Don't Love You. This album has a good combination of slow and alt. rock songs. You should buy this album if you like alt. rock music!
